DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! PRIVACY CONCERNS

Unless you want nothing more than a blank contact card allegedly sent by a friend about his "updated contact information" in return for their downloading ALL YOUR CONTACTS before you are even allowed to access your friends "updated" info (which is nothing more than his,or her name, and NO contact information, until he or she sees a request from you later on and decides what to share with you). If you have ANY concerns about privacy at all (or the privacy of your friends in your contact list), be aware that in order to get what may be ZERO contact information from someone else, this company downloads ALL INFO in your contact list on your device first before you realise you have been duped. There is also no way to close,your account again ... You have to write them and ask for your account to be terminated (which may or may happen, and god-only-knows what happens to your information that they have already hijacked from your device). Oh yes, thats another thing: when I wrote their support people, they said "hijacked" was a strong word, and they prefer to use "mange" your information. Yeah, sure.
